jee7's Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "jee7", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the jee7.cam website and all services associated with it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on jee7.

These terms and conditions apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh or using the jee7 platform. When you register, log in, or use the platform in any way, you will be considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. These three documents together form the complete agreement for using jee7.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and participate on jee7, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts and the funds within them will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. jee7 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incorrect information. If your details change, you must inform us immediately.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your jee7 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials, password, and any account-related information confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Allowing others to use your account or transferring it to someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Changing your password regularly and using a strong password is in your own interest.

jee7 will never ask for your full password or payment PIN via phone, SMS, or email. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jee7 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Using these methods, you can deposit and withdraw funds directly to and from your account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
• Deposits can only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• Deposited amounts will be credited to your jee7 wallet immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• jee7 reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until proper identity verification is completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals will be suspended until the investigation is concluded.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing it. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place wagers totalling ৳25,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms and those take the highest priority.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jee7 determines eligibility for bonus claims and that decision is final.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account cancellation.
• jee7 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

jee7 is committed to ensuring a fair and equal gaming environment for all players. Our games are independently verified and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are completely impartial and not predetermined. If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded. jee7's decision on such matters is final.

6.3 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If your internet connection is lost, the result of any game in progress will be saved and can be viewed once you reconnect.
• If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a system error, the correct amount will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jee7 and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of any form of manipulation, cheat software, or bots.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to legitimize illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain bonuses.
• Threats and harassment: Abusive behavior toward other users or jee7 staff.
• Automated betting: Placing bets using automated systems or software.
• Third-party payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jee7

jee7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If identity verification fails or it is proven that false information was provided.
• If there is suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

jee7 is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or technical problems with your device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways).
• Temporary service interruptions due to unplanned system maintenance.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

In any circumstance, jee7's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount of funds in your account.

10. Responsible Gaming

jee7 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never become an addiction. We place responsible gaming as our highest priority.

Our platform offers the following protective features:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary break: The option to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
• Permanent exclusion: If you wish to step away from gaming permanently, apply for self-exclusion.
